I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Pankov district on the Prenzlauer Promenade. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even provided an extra bed for our little daughter at no extra cost. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Berlin suburbs. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and set me up for a day of exploring the city.
No negatives, everything was perfect!

The hotel deserves its high score - staff, breakfast, coffee, beds & pillows, transport links are great. Upgraded room, out of center but easy transport access.
Cannot find any fault.

This hotel in the Pankow district of Berlin is a hidden gem. The rooms are massive, more like little apartments than hotel rooms. And the best part? They come with a kitchenette, perfect for families like ours. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our little daughter could sleep comfortably in an extra bed at no extra cost. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. Plus, the location on the Prenzlauer Promenade was ideal, with easy access to buses and trams. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel.
Nothing to complain about - everything was perfect.

We went for a romantic escape and it was the perfect choice! The breakfast was exquisite, with fresh and tasty options that exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome and at ease. Plus, the room was furnished with a comfortable bed and clean sheets, providing a cozy stay. The location was also fantastic, close enough to the center, yet far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Wi-Fi was a bit inconvenient as we had to request separate accounts for each device and the connection was only valid for one day. while the hotel is located near public transportation, it was a bit noisy due to the traffic on the nearby road, which could be heard even with the windows closed.

The hotel was in a good location for exploring the area with a short walk to public transportation. the breakfast offered a good variety of items and was very satisfying. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was much smaller than expected, with barely enough space for two people and their luggage. the heating system was noisy and made it difficult to sleep.
